Work with me
I help freelancers, agencies and small businesses design automations they can own. The work is remote, for clients in the UK, the US and elsewhere.
What I can do
- Workflow audit. We look at the repetitive work, what should stay manual, and which tool fits. You get a written recommendation, not a slide full of arrows.
- Build and handover. An n8n, Make or Zapier workflow in an account you control, plus a short runbook: what it does, how to tell it is broken, and how to change it.
- AI API integration. Classification, drafting and routing, with a person in the loop where a wrong answer would cost money or trust.
- Templates. A starting workflow or message sequence your team can duplicate, documented in plain language.
How an engagement runs
- You write via the contact form with the job, the tools you already pay for, and who will look after the workflow afterwards.
- We have a short call. If I am the wrong person, I will say so.
- I send a written scope. There is no price list on this page, because a two-step form notification and a CRM build are not the same job. The scope names the fee before any build starts.
- I build in your account where that is possible, then hand over notes. You should not need me to restart it on a Monday.
A good fit
Owners and operators who want a reliable workflow more than a demo. Agencies who need a pattern they can repeat for clients. Technical founders who would rather I did the first version properly.
A poor fit
- Chatbots trained to pretend they are a named member of staff.
- Scraping or messaging that ignores the other party's terms or the law.
- A request to hide how a system makes decisions from the people it affects.
