Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 29 October 2026.

AutomateSmith publishes guides to AI tools and automation. Some links to products are affiliate links. If you click one and later buy, the vendor or an affiliate network may pay a commission. You do not pay extra because the link was used. That is the whole commercial point of an affiliate link: the price you see is the vendor's price.

How to spot them

Buttons meant as affiliate calls to action use rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", open in a new tab, and show an Affiliate label. Articles that contain them also say so near the title. Not every outbound link is an affiliate link. A link to official documentation may be an ordinary link. When in doubt, treat a commercial button as an affiliate link.

What a commission does not buy

Guides are not paid placements. A vendor does not approve the wording. Rankings and recommendations are editorial. If that ever changes, and a company pays for a placement rather than a normal affiliate commission, the page will say so at the top in plain language.

An editor's score, where a guide shows one, is one person's judgement of fit for a small team. It is not a count of reviews, a speed test, or a market-share figure.

Ads

The site can show Google AdSense units. They render only when a publisher id and a slot id are configured, and only after you allow advertising cookies. Empty space is not left behind when ads are off. See the cookie policy.

Your choice

You can ignore affiliate links and go to the vendor directly. The guides are written so the steps still make sense if you do that. Questions: [email protected].
